Anger and rage are very strong emotions.
I have heard from many people who have had attacks of anger in recent times, due to the impotence caused by the pandemic or problems of coexistence.
Due to our human nature we tend to always want to do things our way, that is why it would be almost inevitable for those emotions to appear, I think that if they appear, we must find ways to discharge ourselves that do not affect others. In other words, avoid spreading your anger to others and do something to decompress it yourself. For example:
• Go for a run or exercise hard, where you sweat a lot.
• Sing out loud and express outward.
• Also sublimate, through art, painting your emotions or dancing an intense song to detoxify that emotion.
Once you have channeled the anger and begin to calm down, with a cooler head reflect on where that anger comes from.
There are many things that we keep within us, things that we endure and do not express. If the topic is about coexistence, it is important to talk with those around us and clarify the situations, because we also tend to make "head soup" on some matter and it turns out that we were the ones who created a false story, which when contrasting with the reality can be solved more easily and quickly.
In addition to everything I mentioned, there is a more shocking and profound way to properly discharge anger: meditation. If you discover that everything is inside you, detox those thoughts that cause your anger and reach your mental balance, it will be the fastest way to overcome these situations and find wisdom to solve all problems.
