What is the most prominent communication trick

I want to share what for me are the 5 key points to keep in mind to communicate with others, I think that if one applies them they can generate a positive impact on whoever listens. I am still learning and trying to make them part of me, but I do believe faithfully that they are the basis for something as important as communication.

1. Listen carefully without judging right or wrong

When we listen to others, the first thing we must do is put aside what we think or feel and thus not judge what they say as correct or incorrect, it is simply to open ourselves to UNDERSTANDING WHAT THE OTHER THINKS OR FEELS.

2. Take into account and accept the opinions of others with a positive mind.

Accept and take into account what others say because in the end each person has their own vision and way of doing things and you may (or may not) find tools or attitudes that you can change or improve, but just accept, THANK AND DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING PERSONAL.

3. Don't insist on your own opinion

DON'T THINK YOU KNOW ALL , that's the worst mistake you can make. Do not try to impose your will on others or force them to do what you consider. Have confidence in yourself, but be humble in what you say and do.

4. Demonstrate what you say with words

For people to trust your words and be able to move the hearts of others, you must ACT ON WHAT YOU SAY, words and thoughts have power, but your actions have value.

5. Speak from the perspective of others

Speaking only from your own point of view is very selfish and no one will want to listen to you, only when you speak understanding and putting yourself in the shoes of others WILL YOU BE ABLE TO CONNECT WITH WHO LISTENS TO YOU; so they will accept what you express naturally.
