Both Psychopaths and Narcissists belong to the Dark Triad alongside Machiavellianism. They are people who in other times were considered antisocial and were not usually accepted in high places due to their intentionality in doing evil and their irresponsibility in the face of care.

Lack of kindness and scruples were banned characteristics for any job application, study, etc.

Unfortunately humanity has been adding in all standards to this class of people and even a touch of fanaticism has been given to their figures. They have been highlighted above the rest.

It has gone from a valorization of the hero to the valorization of the anti-hero.

Cinema, digital games, comics have been promoted in this attempt and have managed to change the way of perceiving and acting in life.

Some scientific psychology studies have obtained relevant information in this regard. Hence it is thrown that young women are more attracted to a narcissist than to a normal man. And what does this lead to? For "normal" young people to begin to imitate the characteristics of the narcissist, even if they cannot do it well, but they try to PLEASE THEMSELVES.

On the other hand, psychopaths are also admired for their lack of fear in the face of danger, their coldness and calculation typical of a wild beast. His callousness and cynicism has taken hold of those who want to stand out.

I'm not going to delve further into the subject, much less for free, but think for a moment: Why do people now pay more to wear ripped jeans? Have you ever thought about how the homeless see them? What do you think of it?

Have you ever wondered why 11-12 year olds spend hours in online games killing people and getting by with it?

Have you ever wondered why horror movies are so blockbuster?

Desensitization.
